The G.T.T.B Framework, The What, Why and How?

After making a jump into the coaching industry….

I decided to follow my passion and use my ‘gift’ to empower other women without apologies

I completed my certification and began to offer live workshops for women in my local community

Requests for virtual attendance of my program led me to online delivery of coaching  sessions

But before then, I needed to learn (and practice) a new set of skills 

The journey was was  long and hard,  a huge struggle I must confess, but  with patience and perseverance, I pulled through eventually

Looking back npw,  I’m glad I went through that process , knowing I can help others too

Also seeing how COVID-19 pandemic has shifted our new normal, leading more people than ever before in history to engage with virtual mode of  social and business engagements

Another major  benefit of that journey is the opportunity of wider reach and impact, which translates to better returns.

So, my journey of transition from face-to-face ‘live’ coaching to creating online solutions gave birth to the G>T>T>B Framework

A process infused with  experience from my  over 20years years (cumulative) between pharmacy business management and coaching (formal and informal)

The Framework represents an A to Z pathway for helping clients transform their knowledge, skills and experience into  profitable coaching/consulting online businesses.
