01-Not involving your senses
Try your utmost best to engage your senses when setting goals. Picture in your mind, what your future looks and feels like. This helps you stay connected to your goals, keeps you focused and energized.
02-Keeping goals only in your head
Failing to write those brilliant ideas will make your zeal disappear faster than they came. When you actually do write your goals, they feel real. You feel a deeper sense of commitment and connection to them more than when you keep them ‘floating’ in your head.
03-Not aligning goals with your body and soul
Itโs not enough to have a strong why. You must have a game plan around your goals that feels good and feel doable. Break big goals down into smallest manageable doable chunks that can be completed in 10-15mins. This way, your body and brain feels more in alignment.
